Spellcheck,
for branding.
Chekmate checks any deck against a client's brand: every off-brand colour, stray font and pasted template, named in plain words, with the slide it's on.

Decks from anywhere
Every other tool can only police its own output.
Templafy governs Office. Canva governs Canva. Gamma applies a brand kit when you start and can't stop anyone switching themes after. Agency decks arrive from freelancers, clients and whatever AI tool someone had open at 11pm. Chekmate checks them all, and doesn't make decks itself.
How it works
Send a deck. Get back every issue, named.
We set each client's brand up once, by hand, from the guidelines or the website. Every deck after that is checked against it.
Send any deck
A .pptx or PDF, plus the brand guidelines or the brand's website.
Every slide checked
Fonts and colours traced to what PowerPoint really shows, compared with the brand.
Every issue, in plain words
The slide, the line, what it is and what it should be. Ready to forward.
The report
What comes back
A report specific enough to act on without opening the deck, and plain enough to forward to the client unedited.

What it catches
Read the way PowerPoint reads it.
Chekmate reports what the author actually chose, not a guess from a screenshot.
Colour identity
Every fill, line and text colour traced back through the theme to the value PowerPoint actually shows, then compared by eye-distance. Near misses get named and matched to the brand colour they were aiming for.
Typography
The real typeface on every line, including the ones inherited from a master slide nobody has opened in two years. Stand-in fonts like Arial are called out separately from pasted ones.
Templates and masters
Slides built on a stock Office master, or pasted in from another client's template, are flagged once for the whole run of slides instead of line by line.
The brand's own website
No guidelines, or guidelines that are out of date? Chekmate reads the colours and fonts the brand's website really uses and checks the deck against those too.
Next: logo clear space, margins and text overflow, measured on the rendered slide.
Tested on real agency decks
A checker that cries wolf gets ignored by week two.
These are the numbers we hold it to.
0
paragraphs checked against PowerPoint itself

0.0%
fonts exactly what PowerPoint shows
The misses were edge cases this test found, and they've since been fixed.
0%

Pricing
Priced per client brand. Never per seat.
